Cancellation Policy!
In case of all cases - and especially if you are traveling with children, you should be protected accordingly.
If, for any reason, you do not have to travel or leave earlier, it will be a nuisance for the passenger, but also for the landlord, without insurance.
The Italian cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB:

• Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge
• From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 3 days from the booked travel price
• Within the last 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel price
• In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the price for the booked but unused days
• Already paid booking security are included in the cancellation fees

You can pay by cash or bank transfer.

On the day of arrival you can move into your apartment from 15:00. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms for the next guests, within 10:00.

Since our apartments are furnished in solid wood, we ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed. You can park your car in the open garage. Pets are not allowed with us.

By joining the tourism association Schnalstal you have the opportunity to participate in many events.
